Returns policy

Returns
MPP accepts two type of returns:

1) Items that are received damaged or shipped in error must be reported to MPP within 60 days of receipt of the shipment. Defective product (pages/chapters missing; pages printed upside down, etc.) may be reported at any time. Please be ready to provide the following information:
• Your MPP Account Name and Address
• Order number
• Title
• Type of damage / problem

2) MPP also takes returns because of overstocks. Such returns are accepted after 90 days following the purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You will be given the option of a cash refund or a credit on your account.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mission Point Press, c/o eFulfillment Service, 807 Airport Access Road, Traverse City Michigan US 49686.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
