Keith Famie is a Michigan native and once held a place as one of Detroit’s top chefs. After hosting an adventure cooking series on the Food Network and being a finalist on the CBS reality show “Survivor,” Famie turned his experiences to making film documentaries. He and his production company, Visionalist Entertainment Productions, have been producing human interest and socially-conscious documentaries for the last twelve years, and have been awarded 11 Michigan Emmys for their story-telling. Keith and his team are focused on helping to promote understanding, and often reflect Keith’s passion for supporting military veterans, cancer support organizations, hunger relief programs as well as our aging baby boomers. Keith lives in Michigan with his wife Katrin. Together they have three children.
