Teddy Jewell
The poems within this collection delve into thoughts of love, life, and identity, without an internalized judgment. They express what it is to feel more at home within yourself, and show that a familiar and safe haven is within reach.
Author Teddy Jewell was in the final year of his undergraduate program in creative advertising when he found poetry to be an outlet for the increasing anxiety and uncertainties that come from finishing school and entering the rest of life. This collection ventures through themes of searching for identity and coming of age, being comfortable in one’s skin, negotiating fears, and exploring romantic love.
Blue Wanderings and Other Poems exemplifies change, and what it means to grow up: it's okay to be confused, it's okay to worry, and it's okay to enjoy the uncertainties of life.
